Water Resources Division

The mission of the Water Resources Division is to protect the tribal treaty rights to water by managing the quantity and quality of Lummi Nation waters both on and off of the Reservation.  This management is performed in accordance with the Lummi Nation Codes and the policies, priorities, and guidelines of the Lummi Indian Business Council and includes the development and implementation of a Comprehensive Water Resources Management Program (CWRMP).
