Job Summary
Under management of the Lhaqtemish Executive Director, the Finance &
Grants Manager is responsible for the day-to-day financial activities of this 501(c)(3) tribal entity.
The duties and responsibilities include, but not limited to: non-profit financial administration and
reporting, grants fiscal management and reporting, development, review and implementation of
financial policies and procedures (fiscal sponsorship, retail/wholesale activities, grants and donation
tracking, etc.), accounts payable and accounts receivable, budget preparation and implementation,
financial analysis and reporting for over 100 different financial accounts, with varying levels of
need, as well as professional and successful interaction with donors, sponsors and other
stakeholders.
