Job Summary
The Lummi Natural Resources (LNR) Climate Change Manager (CCM) directs
and coordinates the implementation LIBC’s CCMAP within the Natural Resources Department and
the community with the goal of creating climate resilience in Lummi Nation’s built and natural
environments. The Climate Change Manager also supports the implementation of the LIBC’s SEP
within the Natural Resources Department and the community with the goal of reducing carbon
emissions to mitigate future climate change. When the Lummi Nation Coastal Resilience Plan is
completed in 2024, the CCM will coordinate and/or assist with implementation of resilience
projects in the plan. In addition, the CCM may assist LNR managers with implementation of their
climate resilience projects.
