Job Summary
RN will implement the operation and collaboration of a Comprehensive Health
Care service with Lummi Youth Academy students. Primary role will be to assist LYA students
and their families access Health Care services such as: medical, mental health and chemical
dependency treatment in partnerships through a service delivery process established and maintained
by the guidelines of the MOU with the Lummi Tribal Health Center (LTHC), Lummi Counseling
Services (LCS), and Behavioral Health departments.
