Job Summary
The Lummi Nation Workforce Development Department is dedicated to
fostering self-reliance in individuals, families, and the community. The AmeriCorps Assistant will
provide administrative and logistical support to both the Program Manager and the AmeriCorps
Program Specialist during the planning phase of a major initiative. This position is critical to
ensuring that the groundwork for the program is well-organized, compliant, and effectively
documented. The AmeriCorps Assistant will help coordinate activities related to the program
planning, advisory board meetings, community input sessions, and the development of key
performance metrics.
