Job Summary
Under the direction of the LVOC Sexual Assault Coordinator, the Client
Support Advocate (CSA) shall become familiar with all areas of service within LVOC such as
Sexual Assault, Domestic Violence, Elder Abuse, Human Trafficking, Stalking and Dating
Violence. The CSA is responsible for providing advocacy services to all eligible LVOC clients
assigned to this position, including processing intakes, determining eligibility, providing outreach,
necessary transportation and coordination of services between LVOC and other LIBC departments.
The CSA will be responsible for providing and tracking legal assistance such as protection orders,
etc. and tracking any eligible emergency financial assistance provided to eligible clients. LVOC
operates a 24/7 Hotline for after-hours emergencies. The CSA shall participate in a rotating weekly
hotline schedule.
