Contact Megan, the Self-Represented Litigant Coordinator. Her Office is Located in the Courthouse Lobby. Megan is available to answer questions about civil case court procedures for cases in the Lummi Tribal Court and can help you with court forms. Lummi Civil Legal Clinic

Free 15 - 30 minute legal consultations for community members with civil legal questions regarding: Divorce, Child Custody, Probate, Debt, Dependency, or Housing Issues.

No appointment needed. Walk-ins welcome! Please bring all relevant documents. Contact Megan McNulty if you have questions, (360) 380-8649, or Law Advocates (360) 671-6079.

Civil Legal Clinic will be located in the Lummi Tribal Court lobby, 2665 Kwina Road, on the following days, times, and dates: 

Wednesdays 1:00 pm - 4:00 pm. Wednesday dates: November 5th, December 3rd.

Mondays 9:00 am - 12:00 pm. Monday dates: October 20th, November 17th, December 8th.

The next jury trial is October 16, 2025.  

Jurors, please call 360-312-2239 on the Wednesday prior to the trial date to confirm whether the trial will occur.

If the trial will proceed, please appear at the Court at 8:00 AM the morning of the trial.
