Megan is available to answer questions about Lummi Tribal Court civil case procedures and can help with court forms. Her office hours are 8:00 am to 4:30 pm Monday thru Friday. Lummi Civil Legal Clinics

Free 15 - 30 minute legal consultations for community members with civil legal questions regarding: Divorce, Child Custody, Probate, Debt, Dependency, or Housing Issues.

No appointment needed. Walk-ins welcome! Please bring all relevant documents. Contact Megan McNulty if you have questions, (360) 380-8649, or Law Advocates (360) 671-6079.

Civil Legal Clinic will be located in the Lummi Tribal Court lobby, 2665 Kwina Road, on the following days, times, and dates:

Wednesdays: 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm - Feb. 4, March 4, April 1, May 6, and June 3.

Mondays: 9:00 am to 12:00 pm - January 26, Feb. 23, March 16, April 20, May 18, and June 15.

The next jury trial is February 5, 2026.  

Jurors, please call 360-312-2239 on the Wednesday prior to the trial date to confirm whether the trial will occur.

If the trial will proceed, please appear at the Court at 8:00 AM the morning of the trial. 

Trial dates for January - February 2026 Jury Term: February 5, and February 19.
