Job Summary
This is a 2-year grant funded position for a CHAP program. The Admin Specialist is primarily responsible for providing administration support for the CHAP Manager and CHAP Coordinator. This position incorporates an advanced Human Services training component, which warrants the efficient and smooth day-to-day office operation for the CHAP planning. CHAP Admin Specialist is responsible for supporting the overseers ensuring them to stay organized and complete tasks that allow them to focus on more advanced responsibilities, in realizing the Health Aid program. The job duties also require a wide range of clerical tasks, from answering questions from employees to answering telephone calls, responding to emails.
