The Adult Family Home Administrator provides leadership and direction for
overall operations to provide quality patient care in accordance with all Lummi Nations laws &
regulations. The Administrator duties will include, overseeing all areas of the Adult Family
Home including financial operations, human resources, customer service, compliance with local,
state, federal & Tribal laws, and clinical operations. Implements policies pertaining to patient
care, caregiving, and support staff, prudent financial management, public relations, and
maintenance of AFH.
