Job Summary
The Program Coordinator performs a wide range of TERO administrative
management and office support related tasks involving clerical, administrative functions, and
coordination of services for staff, community, commission, and contractors. This position is
responsible for the implementation of the Apprenticeship Programs that TERO is in charge of, as
well as, increasing and retaining TERO clients, and responsible for planning, development,
coordinating, and implementing training programs and services. The Coordinator will work with the
TERO Director with day-to-day office operations The Program Coordinator will work in
accordance with the Title 25 TERO Ordinance.
