Job Summary
Shelter Assistant Manager/Advocate is responsible for assisting the oversight
of the day-to-day operations of the Women’s Shelter and is required to be on-call 24/7 to assist
residents and facility needs when Manager is not available. Responsibilities include shelter and
supervision of shelter staff to ensure maximum effectiveness and efficiency in the delivery of
critical service needs.
