Job Summary
The Maintenance Manager at Lummi Nation School, under the supervision of the
O&M Director, supervises a team of maintenance personnel and is responsible for ensuring the proper
operation and upkeep of the school's electrical, plumbing, alarm, heating, cooling, and other structural
systems. This role also involves managing facility maintenance, security, and the upkeep of the buildings,
gym, and grounds. The Maintenance Manager assists with estimating, ordering materials, and
coordinating both minor and major construction projects, while ensuring that all tasks align with the
priorities set by the O&M Director and school administration.
