Job Summary
The Academic, Athletic and Career Pathway Advisor (Grades 7-12) provides
support to students in athletics, academics, Career and Technical Education (CTE), and the Arts
programs. The advisor helps students balance their academic, athletic, and extracurricular commitments,
ensuring they stay on track for graduation and remain eligible for participation. Key responsibilities
include coordinating college and program tours, assisting with NCAA/NAIA eligibility and CTE or
college entrance requirements, and helping students showcase their skills to recruiters and scholarship
panels. The advisor works closely with coaches, faculty, and families to ensure students' success in their
academic and career goals, preparing them for future opportunities.
