Applications submitted by email must contain the applicant’s handwritten signature before the document is scanned or uploaded.

Cash and check payments are accepted in person during normal business hours.

2. Your request may be directed to an Intake Specialist, assigned case manager, payment staff member, or another appropriate employee.
3. Staff may contact you for additional information.
4. Case-specific questions may require review of court orders, case records, payment history, or jurisdictional information before an answer can be provided.

• Reporting a change of address, employment, or contact information.
• Questions about payments or income withholding.
• Parentage or genetic-testing questions.
• Requesting review of an existing support order.
• Questions about forms or supporting documents.
• Questions involving another state, tribe, or jurisdiction.

LNCSP staff can provide general program information but cannot provide personal legal advice or represent either parent.

The program does not provide custody or visitation representation, divorce assistance, property-division assistance, adoption services, guardianship services, or other legal services unrelated to parentage and child support.
