Job Summary
The Pediatric Clinical Social Worker will provide care coordination for our
pediatric patients across both internal and external agencies including Peace Health Hospital, the
Lummi Nation School, Ferndale School System, Indian Child Welfare, and others. The employee
will be a key point of contact to maintain strong relationships across programs, taking a proactive
and holistic approach to childrens health and well-being. The Pediatric Clinical Social Worker will
provide evidenced-based parenting and brief psychotherapy interventions to patients and families.
