Job Summary
Under the direct supervision of the Lummi Seniors Program Manager, the Head Cook shall provide meals to the residents and/or meals to the USDA congregate senior citizen meal program following special delivery needs of residents and in accordance with all policies of the facility and Title VI requirements. Will supervise two Cook Helpers and coordinate work schedules, filling in as needed.
