Job Summary
The incumbent will be assigned to the Lummi Behavioral Health Department as
the Licensed Mental Health Provider/Clinical Lead, Wise Program. The LMHP will ensure
adherence to LIBC Policies and Procedures, State and Federal licensure, and accreditation
requirements. Responsible for clinical reports, clinical documentation, coding, billing, and technical
support to WISe team. The Licensed Mental Health Provider/Clinical Lead is a formal member of
the WISe team who is specially trained to supervise the clinical aspects of the WISe program. This
includes coordination and integration of therapeutic services provided by the WISe Team to ensure
program requirements are maintained to ensure a high-fidelity service program. This position will
work collaboratively with the WISe Administrative Manager in areas of program evaluation,
program administration, program management, and program improvement strategies; as well as
with Behavioral Health staff, and LIBC administration. The WISe Clinical Lead will work
collaboratively to coordinate and integrate the therapeutic services provided by the WISe Team
within the Behavioral Health Department. The Clinical Lead is qualified by completing the required
supervisory certification as well as WISe trainings, and ongoing WISe training and coaching
activities as required by governing agencies.
