Job Summary
The Per Diem Nurse Practitioner or Physician provides inpatient secure
withdrawal management, medical stabilization, and treatment services to adults with substance use
disorders. This role includes scheduled clinical coverage as well as overnight and weekend on-call
medical support, ensuring continuity of care, timely clinical decision-making, and appropriate
escalation for patients admitted to ShoqweL Ya’ LhaoLh-ew’xw, Lummi Nation’s Secure
Withdrawal Management and Stabilization (SWMS) program.
Providers practice within Washington State scope of practice and program protocols under the
clinical oversight of the Medical Director.
