Job Summary
Big Sister and Brother will be responsible for the safety of the youth who
reside in the facility. This will be achieved by enforcing the residence rules through the procedures
developed. They will also monitor each youth to ensure safety at all times. They will also help to
ensure the facility is secure on a daily basis. They will wake up the youth for school and help get
them out the door on time. They will act also as a youth advocate in all interactions. The Big Sister
or Brother will work on the end of the week, Thursday, Friday and Saturday 9:30 pm to 8 am.
