Jen Ervin is a Substance Use Disorder Professional (SUDP) at Lummi Counseling Services and is deeply passionate about helping individuals who struggle with substance use disorders find hope, healing, and recovery. Raised around the Lummi community, Jen developed a deep connection to the people and community that continues to shape her today. Although she is not a tribal member, Lummi remains near and dear to her heart, and she feels honored to serve the community through her work. Her professional journey began at Pioneer Center North, an inpatient treatment facility operated by Pioneer Human Services in 2019 and continued at Bellingham Comprehensive Treatment Center and Lake Whatcom Center before joining Lummi Counseling Services in September 2025.Jen’s work is deeply personal. As a woman in long-term recovery, she understands firsthand the struggles, pain, and hope that come with the recovery journey. She believes connection is one of the most powerful tools in healing and strives to meet each person with compassion, honesty, and understanding. She is committed to helping others build meaningful lives in recovery and believes lasting change is possible for everyone.
