Walter Moses is a Tulalip Tribal member, Coast Salish artist, and Substance Use Disorder Professional Trainee (SUDPT). He attended Skagit Valley College and is proud to serve the Lummi community. Walter is committed to supporting individuals and families through compassionate, respectful, and culturally responsive care while fostering hope, wellness, and recovery.
