Job Summary
The Child Consultation Team Facilitator (CCT) is a trained individual who
facilitates and coordinates the Child Consultation Team in reviewing and providing consultation
and advisory recommendations. The CCT Facilitator will assess case appropriateness for review,
schedule case reviews, schedule case reviews, schedule presenters and guest, and provide a written
report of the team’s advisory recommendations. Will work as support staff to the Grandparents
Committee (GPC) for meetings directly related to CCT.
