On-Reservation C&S Harvest

Permit required for on-reservation CEREMONIAL Harvest. Call Dolly at (360)312-2305. Ceremony defined as funeral, memorial or other ceremonial purpose approved by the Commission. Permit required On-Reservation if harvest exceeds 50 pounds. 

No permit needed for On-Reservation SUBSISTENCE Harvest

• C&S bivalve harvest has daily limit of 50 lbs. (in-shell native littleneck, butter, cockle, mussels or oysters) or 50 lbs. shucked horse clam. 
• May not C&S harvest at same time or management area as commercial opening.
• Check with LNR to determine health status of harvest area
