Harvest Management

The Harvest Management Division is responsible for the conduct of treaty-reserved fishing rights for the Lummi Nation. Our primary goals are to secure maximum sustainable harvests of fish and shellfish and to provide maximum opportunities for Lummi fishers according to the best available science, the provisions of the Lummi Natural Resources Code (Title 10), and any applicable Federal laws and court orders.
