The Technical Support Division contributes to the greater IT mission by focusing specifically on client needs and client devices.

The Technical Support Division has three general goals to purse its mission.

Maintain the highly responsive existing environment.
Perform client related deployments, upgrades and new installations.
Improve overall division efficiency and client satisfaction.
