  1. Are you C&S harvesting MANILA CLAMS at SEMIAHMOO? Year 2025 quota has been taken - NO MANILA CLAM HARVEST UNTIL NEW QUOTA BEGINS Jan. 1, 2026. 
  2. All other C&S bivalve harvest has daily limit of 50 lbs. (in-shell native littleneck, butter, cockle, mussels or oysters) or 50 lbs. shucked horse clam.

On-Reservation C&S Harvest

Permit required for on-reservation Ceremonial Harvest. Call Dolly at (360)312-2305

  • Ceremony defined as funeral, memorial or other ceremonial purpose approved by the Commission
  • Permit required On-Reservation if harvest exceeds 50 pounds (in-shell native littleneck, butter, cockle, mussels or oysters) or 50 lbs. shucked horse clam

No permit needed for On-Reservation Subsistence Harvest

  • C&S bivalve harvest has daily limit of 50 lbs. (in-shell native littleneck, butter, cockle, mussels or oysters) or 50 lbs. shucked horse clam. 
  • May not C&S harvest at same time or management area as commercial opening.
  • Check with LNR to determine health status of harvest area
