State of Washington - Tribal Exemption Forms

PSE Customers - Please fill out this application and provide a copy of your enrollment card. Email it to Puget Sound Energy TribalTaxExemptions@pse.com or the Office of Economic Policy staff and we will submit it for you so that you can get tax exemption on your Puget Sound Energy utility bill.
