The information contained in this guide provides guidance for activities such as the sales of tangible personal property or retail services, and treaty fishery activity or the exercise of other treaty rights.This guide is intended to provide general tax information only.


State of Washington - Tribal Exemption Forms

PSE Customers - Please fill out this application and provide a copy of your enrollment card. Email it to Puget Sound Energy or the Office of Economic Policy staff and we will submit it for you so that you can get tax exemption on your Puget Sound Energy utility bill.
