Terrence Adams, Xay te Leq, currently serves as the Lummi Indian Business Council Vice Chairman. Terrence has spent his career serving his community, the Lummi Nation, through which he has gained an extensive background in many areas. Those roles include Youth Advocate with Lummi Victims of Crime and the Engaging Men’s Program with additional skills gained in public speaking, leadership and serving as a master of ceremony (mc) for community events. Vice Chairman Adams passion lies with promoting a healthy and safe future for the Lummi Nation through social, economic, and political advocacy. As a husband, father and grandfather, Vice Chairman Adams recognizes the importance of each generations impact, how healthy living and traditional ways are the only way forward for his community
