NEW: Schedule your COVID PCR test through MyChart. We are no longer using testdirectly.com to schedule COVID PCR tests. If you do not have MyChart, call the clinic to schedule. COVID PCR tests are performed at outside the Chinook Wing at the Lummi Tribal Health Center.
NEW: Sign up for MyChart! Use the MyChart Patient Portal to message your primary care provider and to see your recent lab tests. Click here to sign up. You can also download the MyChart app for your Apple or Android phone. Messages to providers will be returned within 3-5 business days. If you have difficulty logging in or need an activation code to sign up, please text or call the front desk at (360)384-0464. Please DO NOT use MyChart to refill your medications.
