Kristin Lowell serves as Water Resources Manager for the Lummi Nation, with over 25 years of experience leading programs in water pollution control, watershed planning and restoration, and regulatory compliance. Her expertise includes water quality and Clean Water Act implementation, aquatic ecology and aquatic life protection, hydrologic and environmental data analysis, stormwater management, watershed restoration, and advancing community-based science. She brings extensive experience coordinating diverse stakeholders and integrating science, policy, and tribal priorities to protect aquatic resources and support long-term watershed sustainability.
