Title 25 is the law to contractors coming onto the reservation that have been awarded a construction contract. The goal of Title 25 is to uphold TERO’s Mission to deliver Indian Preference in employment and to eradicate discrimination against Lummi Tribal Members and Other Native Americans on or near the Lummi reservation. TERO's goal is to develop and maintain a working relationship with contractors and subcontractors while working under the guidelines of the TERO Ordinance.
