The Technical Operations Division supports the greater IT mission by focusing directly on systems, telecommunications and infrastructure.

The Technical Operations Division has three general goals to pursue its mission.

Maintain the consistent and stable existing environment.
Perform systems and telecommunications upgrades including installations and service enhancements.
Improve overall Technical Operations division efficiency.
