Kelley has a Master of Science in Environmental Science. She has over 21 years designing and managing ecological research and 13 monitoring programs with an emphasis on freshwater, estuarine and restoration ecology. She has worked on several large-scale habitat restoration projects with a diverse group of project partners and stakeholders, including the restoration of the Nisqually and Stillaguamish estuaries to aid in the recovery of Puget Sound salmon.
