Nonpoint-Source Management
The purpose of the non-point source management program is to effectively and efficiently control nonpoint sources of pollution on the Reservation. As described in Lummi Code of Laws Title 17, both tribal regulations and federal laws regulate non-point source pollution. Tribal laws and regulations related to non-point pollution management are available in the Laws and Regulations section of this website.
