Andy Ross originally started working for the Lummi Natural Resources Department in 1993. He left to become an independent contractor in 2005 and rejoined Lummi Natural Resources in the spring of 2018. He is a licensed hydrogeologist, has a Master of Science Degree in Environmental Science with a focus on watershed studies, and has a Bachelor of Science in geology. His core duties are to support water rights and related work, watershed planning, and floodplain management.
