TAX EXEMPTION FORM – For Sales to Tribes or Tribal Members

Please fill out this application, as well as a copy of your enrollment card, and email it to Puget Sound Energy TribalTaxExemptions@pse.com or the Office of Economic Policy staff and we will submit it for you so that you can get tax exemption on your Puget Sound Energy utility bill.
