Expanded 7C Open AreaSamish Bay and River are closed south and east of a line from Oyster Creek to the fish management marker on Samish Island, except that hand pull gill nets may fish north of a line from Oyster Creek to Scott's Point on Samish Island. Additionally, Samish Bay is open south of a line from Scott’s Point to a point east of the mouth of Edison Slough north of the end of Key Ave. Fishing is closed beyond a line across the Samish River where the river first significantly narrows, approximately 1,000 ft. upriver of the mouth, and is closed to fishing beyond the mouth of Edison Slough.
